- The Principles are located in the Law Library's reference collection.
- Both are also available in the Court of Appeals, Las Vegas library (only available to court personnel).

- Begin by selecting Secondary Sources from the Westlaw home page, or begin typing Restatements & Principles of the Law into the search box and follow the link to the Content Pages.
- Each Restatement contains its own subject index to help identify relevant sections.

- From the drop-down options, select Restatements & Principles of the Law.
Tentative drafts of existing Restatements are available, as well as those that are currently under development and can be cited. These drafts are akin to "legislative history" in that they describe how a Restatement section evolves during the drafting process. As such, these drafts are helpful in applying the final version of a section.
