Nevada Administrative Docket (ADKT) User Guide

The Supreme Court of Nevada makes and changes rules for the state’s courts. You can find these rules online and in printed copies at the Law Library. They are organized by year and type. The rules cover many topics, like how to handle civil cases, what lawyers should do, and rules for different courts. They also include rules for filing documents online and handling disputes.

The Supreme Court adopted the Nevada Rules on the Administrative Docket on July 12, 1978. The Law Library keeps hard copies of the Administrative Dockets, hereinafter known as ADKTs, in our archival collection. Dockets are arranged by year, and then by type of rule.
