Applicants must list a Nevada residence or Nevada State Bar Number on their application. A library card allows patrons to check out physical materials and access digital materials held on HeinOnline, VitalLaw, and our LexisNexis Digital Library.
This guide is for lawyers, judges, and people handling their own family law cases. It helps you find the right books and resources for family law problems. Some of these resources are only available at the Supreme Court of Nevada Law Library. If you have a library card from the law library, you can read family law eBooks through the LexisNexis Digital Law Library. There are 74 family law titles available, and you can also use VitalLaw resources at the library.
This guide is intended to help lawyers, Judges, and pro se/self-represented litigants find the legal research materials and resources they need for family law issues. Some of the print and eBook resources are only available onsite at the Supreme Court of Nevada Law Library.
