Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) Research Guide

This guide helps you find and use the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) and the Nevada Register. You can see the current NAC online on the Legislature's website, and the Law Library has print copies of both current and old regulations. The Nevada Register, which shows updates and changes to the NAC, is also online and in print from 1997 to now. If you need help, contact the Law Library by email or phone.

This guide helps patrons access both current and superseded versions of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC).

Current NAC Access

• Online Access: The current version of the NAC is available on the Nevada Legislature's Website.
• Print Access: The Law Library maintains a print copy of the NAC.

Superseded (Replaced) NAC Access

• Print Access: The Law Library holds selected superseded chapters of the NAC.
