Applicants must list a Nevada residence or Nevada State Bar Number on their application. A library card allows patrons to check out physical materials and access digital materials held on HeinOnline, VitalLaw, and our LexisNexis Digital Library.
This guide helps you find and use the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) and the Nevada Register. You can see the current NAC online on the Legislature's website, and the Law Library has print copies of both current and old regulations. The Nevada Register, which shows updates and changes to the NAC, is also online and in print from 1997 to now. If you need help, contact the Law Library by email or phone.
The Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) is the codified, administrative regulations of the Executive Branch.
The Nevada Register is a compilation of proposed, adopted, emergency and temporary administrative regulations, notices of intent and informational statements.
This guide explains how to access both current and superseded (historical) versions of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC).
Superseded (Replaced) NAC Access
The regulatory history will appear beneath the text of the regulation; the Nevada Register citation is listed by the amendment date. For amendments to the regulations after 1997, follow these steps to find changes tracked in the Nevada Register.
