The Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) was ratified in 1987. New rules are sent to the Legislative Counsel Bureau and the Secretary of State. If you need old rules or want to know why a rule changed, you might have to contact the agency that made the rule. New or changed rules are published in the Nevada Register before they are added to the NAC. Each part of the NAC shows when it was added or changed and by which agency.
The NAC was ratified in 1987. When new regulations are adopted, copies are sent to both the Legislative Counsel Bureau and the Secretary of State.
