Applicants must list a Nevada residence or Nevada State Bar Number on their application. A library card allows patrons to check out physical materials and access digital materials held on HeinOnline, VitalLaw, and our LexisNexis Digital Library.
If you can’t find a history for your bill, you can use other tools on the Research Library's website. Look under "Session & Interim Info" for information. For laws before 1965, no committee minutes are available. For laws from 1965 to 1991, check the "Old Committees, Minutes and Exhibits" section to find indexes and minutes for bills discussed in the Assembly and Senate. For bills from 1985 onward, you can search for bill histories and meeting notes online, but some older notes might only be available in the Law Library on microfiche (1965-2005).
If your legislative history search yielded no results, you can use other resources on the Research Library's website to access the same information; it just won't be compiled into a single document.
You will find session information under the bottom heading "Session & Interim Info."
